Daniela Bronfenmajer

Herbalist | Ayurvedic Marma Therapist | Founder of Vitality Rising

Daniela helps women to restore balance, energy, and vitality by reconnecting to their bodies and nature’s rhythms. She created Vitality Rising, a 12-week program that supports women in moving from fatigue, overwhelm, and disconnection into clarity, confidence, and the tools to care for their own health.

With over a decade of experience in herbalism, Ayurveda, and holistic healing, she shares these practices through programs, retreats, and community spaces. Her work is grounded, nurturing, and rooted in simple yet powerful practices that support women to thrive.
